Teacher
Having been dancing since the age of six, at sixteen Jo began full-time vocational training at the Kilburn College of Dance with Barbara Coales and Robina Smith.
After three years she had gained many major dance examinations and teaching qualifications in Imperial Ballet, Modern Theatre and National Dance. Jo danced professionally both in the UK and abroad, then started teaching for several schools in and around Northampton.
She taught for Mayhew School for about six years, during this time she married and had two sons. After relocating to Lincolnshire in 1991 Jo started teaching for the Wendy Foster School of Dancing where she is today.
She has had over twenty years teaching experience from pre-school to vocational level. She also enjoys writing scripts for the annual show and choreographing dances
